By using this site or the founding-list form, you agree to these terms. This is not legal advice and not a filed corporate bylaw. AI Owners of America is a U.S. civic project in formation.
Who may use this
Adults (18+) who are U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents may join the founding list. You may only submit your own information. Do not submit someone else’s name or email.
What the form is
The form is an interest list. It is not paid membership, not a donation, not a vote, and not a contract that we will form a nonprofit on any date. Intended dues ($25/year) are not collected here.
No harassment
You may not use this site, the list, our email, or our X account to threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, or harass anyone — including organizers, volunteers, members, journalists, public officials, or people you disagree with. You may not scrape the site or the form to build a contact list. You have no right to other people’s founding-list data. Filling out the form does not give you a license to contact other people on the list; you will not be given the list.
We may ignore, delete, block, or report abuse, including to the platform or to law enforcement, when we believe it is warranted. Organizers and volunteers are not required to reply to hostile or repetitive messages.
These rules do not replace criminal law. If you are in danger, contact local law enforcement. A website policy cannot by itself stop every harasser.
Our content
The name, seal, and copy on this site are for the organization. Do not use them to impersonate us or to suggest we endorse you.
No professional advice

The site as-is
